Our ReUNION newsletter is produced quarterly. It is put together and edited by our Newsletter Editor. It contains important information from the Executive, but most important, it is made up of articles, long or short, produced by members – your reminiscences and experiences of your time at work, or in retirement; your ideas for the future and advice that might be useful to others.

Membership of ReUNION is open to anyone who was an employee, in any capacity, of UNISON or any of its partner unions (NUPE, NALGO, COHSE, BAOT, SHVA and any future partner union).

In addition to the opportunities for members to contact each other on-line, ReUNION seeks to organise one subsidised event for members in every region. These are arranged by our Regional Contacts and are advertised here together with how to join in.

MEMBER BENEFITS - FORUM & LIVE MEMBERS DIRECTORY

Members can share thoughts, opinions and experiences through the members Forum - a speedy way of communicating and ideal alternative to the newsletter for short articles.

Members can the names of other members and contact them via the Member Directory. Members set their own privacy settings in their profile so that others can contact them if they choose, while keeping other details private.

ReUNION is a democratic organisation – from time to time we seek members’ views on issues, and ask members to vote on substantive motions using online polling with in the website.

ReUNION is the association of former UNISON staff (previously AFNS). We are a social and friendship group providing support and opportunities for former colleagues to renew past friendships.
